Alonzo’s greeted by a staffer, “Good morning, Mr. Thomas ... Hope everything’s
alright.” “Saw you on the news last night,” she remarks.
“Yes, everything is alright. Thank you.”
Alonzo’s Office

Alonzo unpack his laptop case, retrieves his laptop, and connects to the AC
cable on his executive desk; then he powers it.
A few minutes later, “Good morning, Mr. Thomas,” a soft female voice greets
him.
“Good morning, Ash. How are Chase and Cassie?”
Great! How about you … Did they say when your truck would be ready?
Alonzo comes around, “Noonish,” with a grateful smile. “Thanks, Ash,” he
takes the saucer and cup of tea from her. “My Uber driver will swing by four.
“Oh, okay … HR has five candidates lined up.” She continues, “how would you
like to proceed?”
