                                       Jim Gatz hhas been the plant manager oof InLine for 122 years, he wass in need of neew
                                       packaging equipment with his current operation at ccapacity. One oof his customers
                                              g

                                       increased demand on some of their peet food blends. “When we staarted looking ffor a
                                       company to provide us wwith bulk bag uunloaders and bulk bag fillerss we wanted too stay
                                       close to hoome for techniical support annd quick turn‐around on partss ordering”, said
                                       Gatz. Talking with the sales team of MMagnum Systemms and their Manufacture’s

                                       Representtative, Jim felt that Magnum could meet thhe equipment eexpectations and
                                       also be a company that was going to sttand behind thheir product.

               Initially InLine was only planning on installing a bulk bag filling line aafter the unloaading and blennding equipment for

               the ingredient process system. As conversations continued the neeed for an additiional 50 lb bagg filling station was
               agreed upoon and Magnum Systems was able to proviide a viable sollution. The equuipment was commissioned in the

               fall of 2017 and since then the additional bagging system has allowed InLine to beetter serve cusstomers. “Withh our

               expanded capability we have started manufacturing pet food premiixes for anotheer customer in 30 and 50 lb. bbags.”

               This packaging system includes: a manuual bag break//dump station,  (6) bulk bag uunloaders, (3) wwith actuated ccut off
               gates handdling the granuular ingredientss, (3) with rotary valves handdling the powder ingredients,, (3) drag convveyors,

               micro ingredient discharge system,  blender, 50lb open mouth baggging system annd a bulk bag fiilling station. TThe

               various ingredients are loaded into the manual dump station by hand, while the IIBC2000 bulk bbag stations aree

               loaded by fork truck, and then metered into the drag conveyor andd transferred too the blender.
