The NBE Quik Mix combines a unique material dispersing
paddle with a direct drive vertical screw to create a high-speed mixing
action that ensures complete, uniform mixing of pellets, regrinds, color
concentrates and other free flowing materials in 10 - 15 minutes or less.
The batch timer and motor controls are simple and easy to use and the
large slide gate located at the mixer’s bottom discharge permits rapid
emptying of mixed material prior to refilling the mixer.

Compared to other economical batch mixing technology like drum
tumblers, the Quik Mix is faster, safer and more versatile. Its portable
design eliminates the need to be lagged to the floor or surrounded by
safety caging. Furthermore, the Quik Mix’s easy clean design eliminates Clean Out Sequence
cross contamination between batches when changing materials or colors.
Without the use of tools, a single operator can completely clean the mixer
in minutes by easily removing the entire screw and tube assembly.
