7.0 Stakeholders


               Sales
                       1)  Will be a requirement to enter their appointments with customers either within Dynamics
                          directly or through Outlook calendar but set to regarding the customer
                       2)  To complete the appointment entry after the visit and mark completed
                       3)  To connect a savings activity from Dynamics with all documented PA reports

               Inside Sales
                       1)  Will be a requirement to enter their activities regarding customers within Dynamics
                       2)  To record all outbound calls to customers within the customer site in Dynamics

               Support roles / Management
                              ** Basically, anyone supporting a sales rep by visiting the customer
                       1)  Will be a requirement to enter their activities regarding customers within Dynamics
                       2)  To require a calendar, invite from the account owner stating objective / agenda of visit
                          prior to visiting the customer
                       3)  To enter any additional notes the appointment entry after the visit
