Meeting Eleven
               Students begin to finalize production, assess excess inventory, and prepare for the Board of
               Directors liquidation meeting.

               Virtual Trade Fair TWO — Saturday, November 28, 2020, 10am-2pm.
               It’s time to showcase your company and your products!  JA Judges may be present to evaluate
               your booth.  “People’s Choice” will be awarded to company with the most votes!


               Meeting Twelve - Fifteen
               Students explore Next Steps and learn how to apply what they have learned as a company to
               personal entrepreneurial pursuits.  Students prepare liquidation reports, work on annual report,
               conduct the final Board of Directors liquidation meeting and approve the Annual Report

               Annual Report due—Monday, December 31

               JA Company Program Competition Showcase, Saturday, January 9, 2020
                       Officer Business Presentation and Interview; Company virtual display

               Awards Banquet – Saturday, January 16, 2020

               Student Expectations
                   •  Students must have their parents’ permission to participate in this program. A parent
                       permission slip must be signed and turned in by each student along with the student
                       questionnaire to your JA company advisor by the date of the second meeting.

                   •  Students must commit to attend the majority of the program meetings and events.
                       (A timeline of meetings and program events can be found above.)

                   •  Students must respect their advisors and peers.

                   •  Student participants will participate in the program to the best of their ability.

                   •  Student will not drop out of the program unless it is an extenuating circumstance.  If
                       the student feels as though they may drop out of the program, he/she will speak with
                       their advisor or the JA Guam president prior to making this decision.
