Week 1: September 14-18, 2020 Program begins: Chapter 1 Introduction and ice breaker. Distribute and
complete Pre Assessment forms. Nominate candidates for company
positions and prepare for elections.
Week 2: September 21-25, 2020 Elect officers, form departments, approve company Charter & By-Laws,
initiate Business Plan and Capitalization. Distribute Stocks to employees.
Week 3: September 28 - October 2, 2020 Develop a market survey and refine product ideas. Continue to develop
business plan.
Saturday, October 3, 2020, 9:00 a.m. Officers training (University of Guam - Bank of Hawaii Center)
Week 4: October 5-9, 2020 Complete cost benefit analysis of potential products and evaluation form, set
individual and company sales goals, continue business plan development,
select products, company name,vision, mission statement and values.
Week 5: October 12-16, 2020 Present charter, conduct Board of Director's meeting, approve company
business plan, discuss and begin production of company commercial
Week 6: October 19-23, 2020 Implement the JA Company business plan, review sales order forms, begin
production. Open bank account.
Week 7: October 26 to 30, 2020 Implement business plan, continue production, prepare to sell product
and maintain accurate, organized records of all transactions.
Saturday, October 31, 2020 JA Guam Crazy Bowl fundraising event
Week 8: November 2-6, 2020 Discuss sales tactics and practice sales presentations, share and develop
best practices for product sales.
Week 9: November 9-13, 2020 Reflect/assess individual and company sales goals, continue production
and sales. Prepare for Trade Fair 1.
Saturday, November 14, 2020 Trade Fair 1 - Venue to be determined
Week 10: November 16-20, 2020 Evaluate Trade Fair 1 and Prepare for Trade Fair 2. Ensure all paper work is
current, Continue Selling.
Week 11: November 23-27, 2020 Prepare for Trade Fair 2
Saturday, November 28, 2020 Trade Fair 2 - Venue to be determined
Week 12: November 30 - Decmeber 4, 2020 Evaluate Trade Fair 2. Prepare liquidation plans, complete the JA career
assessment and create a personal action plan. Work on annual report,
liquidation of company and business presentation.
Week 13: December 7-11, 2020 Conduct Board of Director's meeting to liquidate company and finalize
annual report
Week 14: December 14-18, 2020 Distribute Stockholder's Dividends
December 19-30, 2020 For officers only - Prepare for Business Presentation and Final Trade Fair
