           LMS FAQ


               1.  What is a learning management system?

               The general term learning management system (LMS) refers to a software application for the
               administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of educational courses or
               training programs. It can house multiple forms of education resources (PowerPoints, podcasts,
               videos, documents, etc.).

               2.  Which LMS is being used by JA?


               The LMS platform is owned and managed by JA USA, and built on the CrossKnowledge product
               platform (www.crossknowledge.com).  Key functionality includes:  Digital course creation
               using multiple mediums, delivery in the classroom on a 1-1 and 1- multiple basis, tracking and
               reporting.

               3.  Which digital programs are available on the LMS?

               There are currently 14 JA USA programs available for use in English (as-is) or that can be
               translated and adapted locally.

               4.  If I already have a developed or are using a digital program, can I
                   still use the LMS?

                Yes, the LMS platform supports the common file types used for digital delivery, such as
                SCORM 1.2 and 2004, as well as Windows applications.

               5.  What staffing considerations do I need to join the LMS?
