1. Accommodation, Competition venue and Trade fair

Accommodation, competition venue, and trade fair have been cancelled as this event is now a virtual event.
2. JA AP COY Branding

JA Guam is working with JA AP on the branding aspect of the event. Numerous adjustments have been made since the
cancellation of the in-person event and the transition to the on-line virtual event. The only outstanding branding item
are the souvenirs for the Judges which Beth Lizama is currently working on. Details are provided on page 11 through 14.

• Commercials are running twice a day as follows:
1. Daily countdown (between 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.)
2. Informational post (sponsors, judges, stake holder messages, teams) between 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Trophies will be sent from JA Guam to the winning teams through FedEx.
• Souvenirs for FedEx will be presented to their local Guam office or be sent to their Hong Kong office, depending
on JA AP’s decision.

• Local sponsors and judges will be presented their souvenirs during the hosting of the JA Guam 45 anniversary.
• Certificates, stickers and other promotional items will be sent to the respective JA locations via FedEx. Cost born
will be paid through the FedEx sponsorship.

3. Excursion, Performances during events

Cancelled to accommodate for virtual event.

5. Entry Visa

Visa is not required for virtual competition.

6. Registration fees and additional payments

Fees will not be charged as per JA AP.

7. Judging

Beth Lizama, JA Guam Executive Director, has submitted all names and information to JA AP. JA AP will
liaise with the respective Judges.
