c. The only comments and proposed additions were proffered by Member Erlinda
Alegre as follows:
i. In Article VII, under the heading Executive Director a proposed sentence
be added: “The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the
administration, executes to programs, and supports and contributes to the
strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include actively participating
in the fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports
directly to the Board of Directors.”
ii. In Article VIII, Section 7, “At a minimum,” be added
iii. In Article VIII, Section 8, At the end of the second sentence “and in
accordance with quorum requirements.” be added.
