Duty to Report

 The Licensee must report to DORA:

 Unlicensed activity and persons;
 Any convictions against them; and
 Any disciplinary action against them.

This reporting is in effect until 08/31/2021

What laws can licensed PIs break?

 Stalking or harassment
 Invasion of privacy or hacking devices
