His decorating advice is practical (“Create a master plan, then prioritize”) and
his approach to a room is with an equal eye for comfort, beauty, function. Words
that help define his style would be: Welcoming, warm, European, formal, balanced,
precise, functional, detailed and layered. In this interview, the designer gives insight
into his theory of design, color choice, details and inspiration.

with Jose at the Grand Opening of Maribel’s beauty salon which was his
newest project
CNM: Jose, the place is lovely. Thank you for taking time out of
