Congratulations to our 2018 GOLD Associates! As you move
forward in your career, remember those lessons from the GOLD
program and what you have learned from your assignments.
Focus on safety while striving for operational excellence and
enhancing the customer experience. Don’t be afraid to continue
to ask critical questions. Step outside of your comfort zone, set
definitive goals for yourself, don’t be afraid if you make a
mistake, just be sure you learn from it. Challenge the norm and
look for opportunities to make our company stronger, more
resilient and prepared for the changes we face as a utility. Never
forget that we have been entrusted to safely manage the
complex energy systems that supply our customers. We perform
critical work 24/7 that can have a positive impact on the lives of
millions each day. Take pride in that! Don’t forget to make time
for yourselves and spend quality time with your family.
I look forward to seeing you all continue to grow in your careers
throughout our company. Congratulations again.
