Dear 2018 Cohort,

You have joined the company at a very exciting time. Our
industry is moving ahead at warp speed and will not look the

same in the very near future. What’s most exciting is that YOU
can help write the next chapter in the great history of Con Edison.
Take the time to reflect and critically evaluate all we do; look for

ways to work smarter and more efficiently. Lean in, be active, be
engaged, and in the words of Ghandi, “Be the change you want to

see in the world.” It’s not up to others, it’s up to all of us.
Congratulations on successfully completing the GOLD program.

Congratulations 2018 GOLD Associates. You have graduated
from a great program that has afforded you the opportunity to

learn from and contribute to a Company that provides essential
services to our customers. The program has provided to you

direction and resources and has placed you in challenging
positions that you may never have imagined you could
successfully navigate. The program has provided to you a solid

foundation to continue your leadership development and career
growth. There will be many new opportunities for you as our

Company continues to evolve in an ever-changing regulatory,
energy delivery and technology landscape. I urge you to
continue in your quest for knowledge, respect for others and

attention to detail as you become leaders in our Company.
