completing the GOLD Program!

As you continue your leadership journey in the company, please be
guided by the following:

People – our employees are our Company’s most important
assets…..treat everyone respectfully;

Process – be a lifelong learner.….work to understand the
processes/procedures that apply to the department(s) in which you
work so that you can continually recommend and make

improvements to these existing processes/procedures;
Systems – we are living in a rapidly changing Information Age

…..work to understand the systems that apply to each department
in which you work so that you can make improvements to these
systems as well.
