of you should be proud of the challenges
you overcame and the growth you

experienced over the past 18 months.

As you move forward in your career, I

encourage you to:

• Maintain a healthy appetite for
learning and continuous
improvement. These attributes will be

particularly important in our rapidly
changing industry and will allow us to

lead the transition to the clean energy
future that our customers expect and
deserve.

• Focus your efforts on making the teams you are on better than they already are,
particularly in the areas of safety and operational excellence. Ultimately, that is

best way to contribute to the success of the organization and this approach will
serve you well as you progress in your career.

• Consider the customer’s perspective in everything you do, managing costs to
keep customer bills as low as possible and consistently striving to deliver a “+1”

customer experience.

• Ensure that each member of your team feels valued, respected, and included.

• Enjoy the work and its challenges and discover ways to maintain a healthy “work

and life” balance.
