“I had an excellent visit,” said Egress Technician, Staff Sgt. Santiago Or-
tiz. “The dentist was very personable and amazing at his line of work.”
Ortiz scheduled himself for a crown, but after viewing his x-rays Rob-
erts determined he needed a root canal. Although not intended as a free
of charge procedure, Roberts performed the root canal and deep cleaning
to ensure Ortiz’s dental health.
“They went above and beyond to help me,” said Ortiz.
