Join us for an exciting night and find out who will be crowned
Miss High Desert.
The Miss High Desert scholarship program is not just a beauty
pageant, but a serious preliminary competition to select a young lady
to represent the entire Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley and parts
of Kern County, at the highly regarded Miss California pageant held
annually in late June at the Saroyan Theatre in Fresno. That successful
young woman is then eligible to compete for the ultimate title of
Miss America held annually in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

AVC Spring Fashion Show

The Antelope Valley College Clothing and Textiles–Fashion Design program
presents their annual spring fashion show, featuring garments designed,
constructed and modeled by program students and graduates.
Door prizes will be awarded throughout the show.
