Introduction
Welcome to our client family! We are looking forward to working with you. We
hope this booklet will be helpful to you in making the most of our relationship.
Of course, if you have questions that are not addressed here, we are happy to
speak with you.
Your assigned attorney
We have assigned a dedicated attorney to your matter, who will be contacting
you soon to discuss next steps. Other members of our team may also work on
your matter, but your assigned attorney will have primary responsibility. If for
some reason you have not been contacted within a week of receiving your
welcome package, please call us at (781) 784-2322.
Communications
Our team is available to answer your questions about your matter. In order to
make sure we are responsive to all of our clients, and fully prepared to answer
your questions when we speak with you, we ask that you call the main number
(781-784-2322) so our front office staff can schedule you for an appointment or
phone call with your attorney or another team member working with you.
Your attorney may provide you with a direct dial or mobile phone number- in
most cases we ask that you still follow the protocol above when you need to
reach him or her. This does two things: first, it allows the attorney to pull your
file in advance of your call so that he or she can be best prepared to answer
your questions; second, it allows our attorneys to focus on the work they are
doing for you and other clients with fewer interruptions. We believe this helps
us serve you and others better.
If there is an emergency (meaning action is required in less than one business
day), please still call the main office number but let the staff know that you
need immediate attention. They will be able to contact the appropriate attorney
immediately.
After-Hours Communications
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm,
except for legal holidays. These are the times you can expect a member of our
team to be available to take your call under ordinary circumstances.
