Unless otherwise agreed, on a contingent fee case, you are still responsible for
out of pocket costs, like filing fees and deposition transcripts.

Payment Plans: if you are unable to pay an agreed flat fee all at once, or if you
are concerned that the monthly invoices on an hourly billing plan will not be
feasible for you, we offer payment plans toward the balance. Your matter will
be considered current for billing purposes so long as you are making the agreed
               payments.

               Termination or Withdrawal of Representation

It is our hope and expectation that we will work together with you to resolve
your legal issue, from beginning to end. There are, however, some
circumstances under which the attorney-client relationship might end, and it is
important that you know your rights and responsibilities in those
               circumstances.

Client termination: we hope that if you have concerns you will share them with
our staff so that we can resolve them, but you have the right to terminate our
representation anytime you wish. Depending on your fee agreement and the
status of your matter, you may have an obligation to pay fees for work already
performed, either at termination or upon the ultimate settlement or
               adjudication of your matter.

Termination by slnlaw: rarely, but sometimes, our firm may seek to withdraw
from your matter and/or terminate the relationship. This can occur if you are
not meeting your payment obligations as agreed in the engagement letter, if we
are unable after repeated good faith efforts to secure your cooperation in
providing documents or information or participating in the case as needed, or if
we have a serious and substantial difference of opinion concerning strategy in
               your case.

If our relationship terminates for any reason, our obligation to maintain the
confidentiality of our communications continues indefinitely, and we will
cooperate in good faith with you and/or any successor counsel to ensure the
transfer of case files and information.

               Conclusion

Thank you again for entrusting your legal matter to us! We look forward to
working with you and helping you achieve your goals and objectives.
