We do understand that sometimes you can’t meet or have a phone conference
during these hours, and can make arrangements to meet or talk at different
               times, depending on availability.

We also have a 24/7 back-up answering service who can field your calls outside
of normal business hours. Those messages are immediately emailed to our
team, and you can expect a call back the next business day. If you require a
response sooner than that, simply tell the person answering the call and they
will make sure to include that information in the notification we receive. You
can also email us at info@slnlaw.com, and expect a response in a similar
               timeframe.

               Timeline

There is no one answer to the question “how long will this take?” When you
first speak to your assigned attorney, however, he or she will discuss with you
the likely timeline for your matter, as well as any variables that may affect that
               timeline.

You should be aware, especially in litigation matters, that there are some built-
in delays, where it might seem that nothing is happening. These include
waiting for the complaint to be served on a defendant, waiting for the other
party’s response to a complaint or other pleading, or waiting for hearings to be
scheduled by the court. If you ever have questions about this, feel free to call
for an update, as outlined in the previous section. Our staff have access to all
of the case calendars, and most likely can answer your question directly.
