Analyze Your “Sunrise Trading Journal”
You have now been writing for approximately one month in your
“Sunrise Trading journal” included with this course. Continue to write
in your journal! It only takes about 20 minutes each day and the
benefits can be enormous.
The “Sunrise Trading Journal” is a great way for you to keep a clear
mind, organize your thoughts, and identify your personality traits.
Every month you should analyze your “Sunrise Trading Journal”
looking for clues like repeated words, or paragraphs that may give you
insight into your own personality and beliefs. You may see tendencies
you want to change or strengths you want to emphasize.
The “Sunrise Trading Journal” is a great way for you to clear your
mind on a daily basis so that you can focus on the present moment.
