An ideal teacher connects to
children as human beings.
An ideal teacher is the one that does not treat learners as empty
vessels he/she treats them as beings that are still developing,
he/she does not assume that learners do not know anything but
engages learners to check their prior knowledge and adds on
what they already know or correct it if it is wrong. An ideal teacher
understands that learners are a product of their own life
experiences, they all bring something different to the table.
