needs to be filled by
the teacher. To the

learners she/he is a
friend, philosopher and
guide.

An ideal teacher
teaches learners how
to respect him/her by
showing respect to
learners by the way

she/he talks to them
and conduct
themselves in front of

the learners.

Also makes time for
learners even after
class times to engage

with them about
different issues., and
also has an ability to
build caring

relationships with
learners.
