Lupin Employee Handbook
At the conclusion of the approved leave, Lupin will attempt to return you to the position you
previously had, if it is then available. While Lupin hopes that employment will be available after
the expiration of a personal leave of absence, it cannot guarantee it. The foregoing does not apply
where an employee is guaranteed reemployment or other rights under federal, state, or local law.
Failure to advise management of your availability to return to work, failure to return to work after
notifying Lupin of your expected return to work, or remaining absent from work beyond the time
approved by the Lupin is considered a voluntary resignation of employment unless otherwise
prohibited by applicable law.
