Lupin Employee Handbook

                     HEALTH AND SAFETY

               Lupin  provides a safe  and healthy work environment for all employees and visitors. The
               responsibility extends to every individual working at any Lupin facility, traveling on Company
               business, or representing Lupin at outside events, conferences, meetings, and the like.


                       Smoking

               Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) or other use of any tobacco product is prohibited
               anywhere on Lupin property (including any Company vehicles or in personal vehicles while an
               employee is using that vehicle for Company business). Employees must also comply with any state
               or local laws or ordinances regulating smoking, as well as any local operating rules or procedures
               for the Lupin facility in which they are working.

                       Drug and Alcohol Policy

               The abuse of drugs and alcohol can impact the workplace and affect our employees and our ability
               to provide the highest level of confidence and services to our guests. Lupin is committed  to
               dealing with the problem in an appropriate and effective manner.

               Lupin’s Drug  and Alcohol  Policy includes provisions for drug  and  alcohol testing  under
               circumstances which recognize and respect the dignity and privacy of our employees. The  policy
               shall be implemented in  accordance with applicable state  and federal law. Employees will be
               provided additional information on the Drug  and Alcohol  Policy  by way  of separate
               documentation.

               Florida employees will receive, and be  governed by,  Lupin’s  Drug  Free Workplace Policy.
               Employees who drive  Commercial Motor Vehicles for the Company  are  also subject to the
               Company’s DOT Drug Testing Policy.


                       Personal Security

               You are responsible for the safety of your personal belongings; therefore, you are strongly advised
               to keep money, keys, and other valuables with you.

                       Search of Property

               Your work area (e.g. desk, filing cabinets, credenza, locker, telephone, voice mail, computer, and
               email, as applicable) is the property of Lupin. As such, Lupin reserves the right to inspect your
               work space, and all employee property brought onto Lupin’s premises, including motor vehicles,
               clothing, packages, briefcases, lunch boxes, containers, purses, and the like, with or without notice
               at any time for the purpose of ensuring safety, preventing hazards and illegal activities on our
               premises, controlling loss by theft, determining compliance with Lupin’s rules and regulations
               (including, but not limited to, those dealing  with drugs and  alcohol) and maintaining safety
               standards. Please remember this if you leave personal items or information in your work space.
               Employees who refuse to cooperate when a search is requested will be in violation of this policy
               and subject to discipline, including termination.
