                   The Spanish bowline, also known as the chair knot,
                   is  a  very  strong  knot.  It  is  safe  and  holds  securely
                   even under a great load. It can be used to hoist large,
                   heavy  objects,  such  as  equipment.  In  rescue  work
                   one loop goes over a person’s head and down under
                   the armpits, the other loop around the legs behind
                   the  knees,  allowing  an  unconscious  person  to  be
                   lowered down a mountainside (or over the side of a
