VII. Evaluation Procedure
To evaluate the Advising program, VinUni will need to collect information about the activities, outcomes,
and participants’ opinions every semester in order to improve program effectiveness and inform decisions
about future program developments. Both faculty advisors and student advisees are required to complete an
evaluation form on the effectiveness of the advising program every semester.
All forms of feedback or evaluation will be confidential and not be disclosed to an unauthorized third party
under any circumstances.

- In special cases, a student can request to change his/her Advisor by making the request via email to
Student Affairs Management (for Freshmen) or to Colleges (for senior students) for consideration and
arrangement
IX. Guideline for College
The provision of distinguished educational programs and support services is central to the mission of
VinUni. Essential to this objective is the availability and delivery of quality faculty advising that
enhances the undergraduate experience for all students. Regarding faculty advising, the College's role is
to:
- Confirm the list of available faculty advisors prior to the beginning of each academic year.
- Provide the resources and professional development necessary for exemplary faculty advising.
- Recognize the value of excellence in faculty advising.
