this, Harker held numerous

positions and roles
throughout the states

including Encluding Executive Chef at

the 4-star and 4-diamond
Omni Interlocken Resort

from 2007-2013. He has been
involved in numerous Omni

Hotels Master Chef Series,
CIA Hyde Park, New York,
and CIA San Annd CIA San Antonio, and in
a
May of 2018 was invited
along with three other chefs

to cook at the prestigious
Chefs Club New York.
