Wagyu Beef Strogano










                                                                                      Ingredients



                                                                                   - 3 Tbsp olive oil
                                                                                   - 600 g (1.3 lbs.) Wagyu
                                                                                    beef preferred filet
                                                                                   - 150 g (3/4 cup) onions
                                                                                    diced or in slices
                                                                                   - 150 g (3/4 cup)

                                                                                    mushrooms
                                                                                   - 100 g (1/2 cup) pickles

                                                                                    sliced
                                                                                   - 1 tsp mustard
                                                                                   - 2 tbsp sour cream
                                                                                   - Salt & pepper to taste








                                                    Preparation

            Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Dab the Wagyu dry and cut the Wagyu into
           small slices. Once the oil is hot, add half of the Wagyu and fry from all sides. Remove
             the Wagyu from the pan and set aside, then repeat this with the second half of the
           meat. In a frying pan add the onions and mushrooms, fry for a few minutes and then
           add the pickles. Fry all until it has a nice, brown color. Add the contents of the pan to
             the meat and set aside again. Pour the beef broth into the pan and let cook until it
            has been reduced. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard and 2 tablespoons of sour cream and

            stitir. Put the beef and vegetables back into the pan and reheat it without bringing to
            a boil. Add some salt and pepper for the taste. We eat it with potatoes but pasta is a
                                           great side, too! Guten Appetit!
