Scott Fogle














                                                                       Scott Fogle has always enjoyed

                                                                     cooking and smoking meats, but
                                                                    it wasn’t until 2014 that he began

                                                                       cooking full time. Fogle started
                                                                     out by learning from some of the
                                                                         best in the industry, including

                                                                    Miguel Vidal of Valentina’s, a little
                                                                    t
                                                                    trrailer notorious for its above-par
                                                                        BBQ. A er years at Valentina’s
                                                                      cultivating his skills and deeper
                                                                              passion for cooking, Scott

                                                                    couldn’t resist the opportunity to
                                                                     join the Treaty Oak team , where

                                                                      he now leads a talented team of
                                                                            s
                                                                            seven strong at the 28-acre
                                                                     ranch, He has plans to introduce

                                                                        a refreshed menu that reflects
                                                                         traditional Texas BBQ with his

                                                                      signature spin. Much like Treaty
                                                                         Oak’s bourbon, Fogle plans to
                                                                     push culinary limits to create the

                                                                     best dishes that one est dishes that one could make.
