Sift the low gluten flour and baking powder into a
IngredientsLow large bowl. Add the vegetable oil, salt, vanilla

remaining half of the milk. Stir well.Add the egg
Granulated sugar ----------70g white and milk mixture to the batter separately.
Salt ------------------------------2g After each addition, whisk the eggs with an
electric whisk at a low speed, and close the whisk.
Baking powder ------------1TSP Until all is finished.After the addition, you get a
vanilla essence -----1/4 spoon very thin white batter, which is the batter of the
Egg white -----------------------2 cake.Pour the batter into the 6 inch mold.Place the
mold in a preheated oven with a temperature of
140 DEG C and bake for about 45 minutes. Until
the cake is fully expanded, the toothpick is
inserted into the cake center and pulled out. There
is no residue on the toothpick, which means it is
cooked.After the cake is baked and cooled, it can
be eaten by demoulding.
