received;
• Delay in the process of distributing the approved batches to the provinces;
• Delay in the process of onsite verification done and APP due to shortage of data for Social Workers;
• Delay in the verification process due to centres that did not appear on the APP utilised;
• Incorrect banking details.

Maintenance
• Delays in identifying the neediest ECD centres from the large number of non-funded centres within the province against
the limited budget
