Bi-Weekly Clinic Inventory

               The purpose of the bi-weekly inventory is to ensure the clinic and office areas are stocked with
               all necessary equipment and items.

                   1.  Every two weeks on a designated day of the week, inventory will be taken by Clinic
                       Coordinators, the Site Director, and/or interns.
                   2.  Print the Inventory spreadsheet for the respective location from Google Drive.
                   3.  Check each item listed and update the current counts.
                          a.  The Site Director is responsible for taking inventory of all Clinic items.
                          b.  The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for taking inventory of all Cleaning, Office,
                              and Business Card items.
                   4.  Edit the Drive document to reflect Current Count for each item.
                          a.   Indicate in Notes any items that need to be ordered, that we anticipate needing
                              to order next time, etc.
                   5.  Email Matt (matt@rehab2perform.com) with the list of items and quantities to order.
                          a.  Slack Matt if there are any urgent items needed.
