Collecting Cancellation/No Show Policy Fees
With the transition to RevFlow, the clinic is unable to bill our cancellation/no show fees through
normal billing statements, thus requiring that any patient who owes a fee be handled internally.
1. The Cancellation/No Show Log is updated weekly by the evening Clinic Coordinator at
each clinic location.
2. Matt will review the log bi-weekly and flag patients by indicating in the Date Flagged
column of the log.
a. Upon completion of the list, Clinic Coordinators may review and notate any
particular patients who should not be on the list.
3. For any patient who owes a fee, Matt will edit their WebPT Patient Info to show that they
are in Collections. *COLLECTIONS* will appear (I) in the patient’s chart next to their
name, (II) when you add an appointment, and (III) on the actual scheduled appointment.
