Overnight










                      Cinnamon Muesli













                                               2 cups quick oats
                                                   ¼ cup raisins

                                              ¼ cup plain yogurt

                                             1 tablespoon honey

                                        ½ drop Cinnamon Bark oil
                                   (use a toothpick to control amount)

                                                     3 cups milk



               Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and put in

                         refrigerator overnight. Enjoy in the morning.
