Lunch Wrap



















         Ingredients

         Whole Wheat Tortillas

         Lunch meat slices

         Lettuce

         Sliced cucumbers

         Sliced bell peppers

         Sliced avocado

         Cream cheese (softened)

         Lime essential oil

         Black pepper essential oil




         Instructions

         In a bowl, place cream cheese and add 1 drop lime

         essential oil. Use a toothpick to add in a top of black pepper

         essential oil. Mix cream cheese together. Spread cream

         cheese on whole wheat tortillas. Layer all other ingredients

         inside the tortilla.




         Roll up and Enjoy!
