ABOUT THIS HANDBOOK
You may have questions about your job duties, your benefits and the general operation
of our Company. We have prepared this handbook to assist you in finding the answers
to many questions that you may have. Please take the necessary time to read it.
We do not expect this handbook to answer all of your questions. Your supervisor will be
your major source of information. In addition, feel free to ask any member of the
Leadership Team or a Human Resources Team Member any questions about our
policies.
This handbook is provided as a guide that you should use to familiarize yourself with the
Company. It is provided and is intended only as a helpful guide. The handbook is not,
nor should it be considered to be, an agreement or contract of employment, express or
implied, or a promise of treatment in any particular manner in any given situation. The
Company reserves the right at any time to alter, amend or terminate, in whole or in part,
any of the policies or programs described in this handbook at its sole discretion. The
Company shall provide reasonable notice (at least a payroll period) of any changes to
the policies set forth in this handbook. This handbook states only general Company
guidelines.
The Company may, at any time, in its sole discretion, vary from anything stated in this
handbook, except for the rights of the parties to terminate employment at will, which
may only be modified by an express written agreement signed by the employee and the
a senior executive of Amy’s Drive Thru. This handbook supersedes all prior handbooks,
manuals, policies and procedures issued by Amy’s Drive Thru, as well as any oral
descriptions of the Company’s personnel policies, practices, and procedures. However,
if any of the information in this handbook conflicts with present or future laws, or with the
provisions of a formal plan, agreement or contract with the Company or a bona fide
labor organization, the provisions of the law, plan, agreement or contract will control.
