A WORD ABOUT OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
At Amy’s Drive Thru, every member of the Leadership team is committed to our
philosophy that effective leadership and dedication is the key to a productive work
environment. You are always free to speak to your supervisor or any member of the
leadership team. We encourage you to raise any concerns, questions and suggestions
that may be on your mind.
We are also interested in your thoughts and opinions. While we cannot guarantee that
we will always give you the answer that you want, we will do our best to listen and give
timely feedback.
We recognize there may be occasions for misunderstandings and problems to come up.
We want to clear up these types of situations in a fair and timely manner and in order to
do this we need your help in bringing them to our attention. We want you to know that
the managers are never too busy to be informed of work-related problems, complaints
or disputes of any employee.
If you have such a problem, promptly talk to a member of our Leadership Team. They
will listen in an open, objective and courteous manner. We want to understand and
solve problems in a positive manner. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction,
you should take up the matter with Human Resources.
At Amy’s Drive Thru we strongly believe that individual consideration in the employee-
supervisory relationship provides the best climate for our maximum development,
teamwork and the attainment of our goals. We do not believe union representation
contributes to achieving these ends. We provide good working conditions, wages and
benefits. All this is a part of your job with Amy’s Drive Thru and need not be
“purchased” from an outside third party.
At Amy’s Drive Thru, you have the opportunity to express your concerns, suggestions
and comments to us directly so that we can understand each other better. As such, we
can continue the relationship without a union.
YOUR SUPERVISOR
Your supervisor is a vital part of our management team. Your supervisor is responsible
for planning the work schedule, insuring the quality of your work, and providing you with
whatever assistance you may need. Your supervisor will arrange for your job
instructions, introduce you to your fellow employees, show you where things are and
advise you of your work performance.
An important part of your supervisor’s responsibilities is to answer questions, listen to
your concerns and take action where appropriate. Give your supervisor your
