 Propositions, suggestive or insulting comments of a sexual nature

                        Visual harassment such as derogatory cartoons, posters and drawings

                        Sexually explicit e-mail, or voice mail

                        Uninvited touching of a sexual nature
                        Unwelcome sexually related comments

                        Conversation about one’s own or someone else’s sex life

                        Conduct or comments consistently targeted at only one gender, even if the
                          content is not sexual
                        Teasing or other conduct directed  toward a person because of  his or her
                          gender.

               It is unlawful for males to sexually harass females or other males and for females to
               sexually harass males or  other  females.   Harassing conduct is  unacceptable in  the
               workplace and any work-related settings such as business trips and business related
               social functions.  The  harasser may  be someone’s supervisor, co-worker, client,
               customer, vendor or other third party.
               Reporting


               Employees should promptly report any incident of harassment, whether by an employee
               or  a non-employee, to their department supervisor or manager or any other
               supervisor/manager with whom the  employee  feels comfortable.  If  an employee is
               unsure of to whom to raise an issue of harassment, or if an employee has not received
               a satisfactory response within five (5) business days after reporting any incident that the
               employee perceives to be harassment, please immediately contact Cindy Gillespie or

               The Human Resources Department will insure that an investigation is immediately
               conducted.  Every report of perceived harassment will be fully investigated and
               corrective action will be taken where appropriate.

               Investigation

               Every report of harassment will be investigated thoroughly and promptly.  The Company
               will attempt to keep the investigation confidential to the extent possible.   During the
               investigation the Company will generally:

                   •  Interview the complainant and the alleged harasser;

                   •  Conduct further interviews as necessary;
