To help you be successful in your job, you will participate in detailed training programs
and receive training materials to help you perform your job the right way. Your trainers
have been specifically selected for their expertise and ability to train for our positions.
We spend considerable time and money educating our trainers to prepare each new

our staff.
HANDLING OF FOOD
You must follow all instructions and training in the handling of food at the Restaurant.
This includes strict adherence to all aspects of the recipes and all other directions
regarding the preparation of the food, as well as food safety requirements. You may not
substitute your own judgment as to the preparation of the food or related handling
requirements. The Restaurant offers certain allergen-free food to customers, and it is
absolutely essential that you strictly follow all procedures to ensure that there is no
cross-contact of allergens or other non-compliance of protocols. If you observe another
employee failing to follow the food handling requirements, please immediately notify
your supervisor immediately. If your supervisor is failing to follow such requirements,
please immediately notify Cindy Gillespie or Diane Walsh in Human Resources at 1650
