Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa



               We are in the midst of a Team “Smile Campaign” at Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa and have  all
               been focusing on friendliness.

               In addition to team meeting discussions, sharing guest feedback with a friendliness focus
               and training sessions below are a few examples of things we have been doing;



















               Katie Owlett, HR Manager & Mark Stanley, Health Club & Spa Manager did a surprise walk
               round giving out coffee, tea and sweet treats – it was a great way to make our team give us
               an extra big smile 

               Elizabeth Raine, Deputy General Manager ran also did a “Who has the best smile campaign”
               on our new Team FaceBook page one Saturday with everyone getting a chance to vote….
