New Hall Hotel & Spa
The feedback from our sessions showed that we do know our Brand Standards but deliver
them inconsistently. We also spoke about the importance of making every intercation with
the guest count and what else could we do do go above and beyond expectations.
The discussions that followed also gave the team the opportunity to put forward some
further suggestions and ideas of how we can enhance guest service – our Nights team now
have a great new toasting machine which they are using to deliver midnight snacks to guests
when they either return from local evenings out or continue socialising in our bar.
As a result of feedback we have also invested in more every day items such as crockery and
champagne flutes.
The team also reported that taking part in Mapping acted as a great refresher for Brand
Standards and they all left the session with a commitment to work on delivering these and
activley look at more ways to engage better with guests and each other.
Team Events
Here at New Hall we like to think we are the best of the Hand Picked bunch but we have
th
officially earned bragging rights after beating Ettington at a game of rounders on the 20
May. Representing New Hall was Billy, Emma, Becki, Steve, Martin, Joe, Jonathan, Steph,
Tash and Tom. New Hall easily saw off the competition with a clear victory. There will be a
re match held at Ettington so Steve and the team are currently in training and aiming to stay
undefeated for the remainder of the season!!!!
