Training
This quarter our new Service Champions have been busy planning training activity and
delivering modules of Rise & Shine including Mapping the Guest, Be Sunny and Be Ready.
We have ran two Mapping sessions as part of our quarterly activities – the experience we
chose to map was Afternoon Tea and we did this in the shoes of the Mystery Guest as our
most recent audit scores were low.
