New Menu Launch
























               Our Head Chef and his team have been very busy preparing for the new brasserie style

               restaurant menu, which will be launching on 1  July 2017.

               On the 29  and 30  June, staff will be given the opportunity to have lunch in the restaurant
               and order anything from the new menu, so that they can sample the new dishes that we will
               be offering, and familiarise themselves with the new dishes. Linda Saunders and Matt

               Ashton came to Hendon on 30  May to deliver “Training and Supervising Standards for
               Supervisors”, so that we can ensure the team are ready to deliver a great experience to our
               guests.












               Wine Tasting

               On the 22  May and 8  June 2017 we had a wine
               tasting held by one of our suppliers, Bibendum. We
               sampled a number of wines from the new wine list.
               There was three white, one rose and three red
               wines from France, South Africa, Austria, Uruguay
               and Argentina. The training was extremely

               informative and the team are looking forward to
               putting into practice their new knowledge of the
               wines with our guests.
