ENROLLMENT
You will make your elections online via SmartBen. As part of the enrollment process, you will
be required to provide a personal email address where your IdentityForce set up information
can be sent. If you choose to elect coverage for family members, you will provide their contact
information to IdentityForce after you have enrolled. The cost for coverage will be taken via
semi-monthly payroll deduction.
