TCW partners with Bright Horizons to offer our employees center-based or in-
home back-up child care when you need to be at work and your regular caretaker
is unavailable.
For example:
• Your regular caregiver or spouse is unavailable;
• Your child’s regular center or school is closed;
• You are transitioning between child care arrangements;
• To ease transition back to work following maternity leave;
• During business travel or relocation;
• Your parents’ home health aide is ill or on vacation.
Plan Ahead
Employees must register before using the service and reservations are required. Requests for
care can be placed one month in advance up until the day care is needed. You can select from
a wide variety of care locations across the country. You may also choose in-home back-up
child and adult/elder care services.
Your Back-Up Care Solution
As an employee of TCW, you are eligible for up to 20 back-up visits per child/adult in need
of care each calendar year. You can choose from any of Bright Horizon’s centers across the
country or register online for in-home care.
