Benefits
Paid Maternity / Paternity Leave
iFLY provides supplemental pay benefits to Team Members who need to take time off from work to recover from the birth of a
child and/or bond with their birthed or adopted child. Maternity/Paternity paid leave will be processed as a regular check and
provided to Team Members on regularly scheduled pay dates.
Full-Time hourly Team Members who have been employed with iFLY for at least 12 months of continuous employment, are
provided four (4) weeks of paid maternity or paternity benefits for the birth/adoption of a child. Hourly Team Member benefits are
determined by calculating the average number of weekly hours worked during the preceding twelve (12) months at the Team
Member’s current hourly rate of pay.
Full-Time salaried Team Members who have been employed with iFLY for at least twelve (12) months of continuous employment,
are provided six (6) weeks of paid maternity or paternity benefits for the birth/adoption of a child. Paid maternity and paternity
leave will be paid at the Team Member’s current rate of pay.
Additional benefits in which the Team Member qualifies will commence following the completion of any eligible Maternity/
Paternity benefits, except for FMLA and Short-Term Disability benefits, which will run concurrently.
Team Members are eligible for one (1) paid maternity/paternity leave per rolling twelve (12) month period, starting from the date
the child is born or starting the date an adopted child is placed with the Team Member. Team Members are not able to bank,
rollover, future-date, and/or combine paid leave benefits with future paid maternity/paternity leave benefits in order to increase
the amount of maternity/paternity benefits paid by the Company.
All regular payroll deductions and applicable taxes will be applied to a Team Member’s paid maternity/paternity leave benefits. To
apply for paid maternity/paternity leave, Team Members should contact the Human Resources department at
hrsupport@iflyworld.com
Note: FMLA is a federal mandated “job-protection” benefit, not a paid benefit. The federal law governing the administration of
FMLA do not apply to iFLY’s Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave benefit. Under FMLA, a Team Member’s job is protected for up to
twelve (12) weeks.
