Paid Time Off
iFLY recognizes that each Team Member has diverse needs for time off from work. Therefore, the Company currently provides paid
time off to its regular Team Members. Paid Time Off (“PTO”) is any time taken off from work for any reason, including vacation,
sickness, or any other personal reason, but not including official Company holidays, bereavement or jury duty.
Hours Accrued - iFLY grants PTO to regular Team Members based on their employment status and length of service with the
Company. Temporary and contractor staff are not eligible for PTO, except as required by law.
Eligible Tunnel Full-Time Team Members who are employed on a regular, full-time basis accrue PTO as follows:
Years of Service Annual PTO Earned Total Accrued Hours Maximum Accrual
0-4 years Up to 10 days 3.08 per pay period 120 hours
5-9 years Up to 15 days 4.62 per pay period 180 hours
10+ years Up to 20 days 6.15 per pay period 240 hours
Eligible Support Center Full-Time Team Members who are employed on a regular, full-time basis accrue PTO as follows:
Years of Service Annual PTO Earned Total Accrued Hours Maximum Accrual
0-4 years Up to 15 days 4.62 per pay period 180 hours
5-9 years Up to 19 days 5.85 per pay period 228 hours
10+ years Up to 23 days 7.08 per pay period 276 hours
The pay period accrual will adjust during the first full calendar month following the Team Member’s fifth and tenth anniversaries.
All Part-Time Team Members (both PT and PT20+) who are employed on a regular, part-time basis accrue one (1) hour for every
30 hours worked.
PTO will be earned each day and will be credited to the Full-Time Team Member’s PTO bank at the end of each pay period. PTO
earned by Part-Time Team Members will be credited to the Team Member’s record upon working thirty (30) hours.
A Team Member must be actively working to earn hours; no time is earned during leaves of absences unless the Team Member is
otherwise utilizing PTO. PTO continues to accrue up to a maximum bank of hours, depending on the Team Member’s years of
service. If a Team Member reaches their maximum accrual of hours, he/she must use PTO hours before more hours will accrue. If
a Team Member terminates his/her employment, all accrued, unused PTO will be paid out at the time of termination.
Use of PTO
th
Team Members begin accruing PTO immediately upon hire, but may begin using accrued PTO on their 90 day of employment. In
th
extenuating circumstances, a manager has discretion to allow a Team Member to take PTO prior to their 90 day.
• PTO must be requested in advance, preferably at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of a multi-day vacation, two days prior
to a proposed personal day, or as far in advance as possible for other days. This notice is required in order to plan for the
Team Member’s absence.
• Team Members submit PTO requests to their manager by entering the request in iFLY’s system, UltiPro.
• PTO is paid at the rate of pay the Team Member is earning at the time PTO is taken.
• PTO may be requested in increments of no smaller than in two (2) hour increments.
• Prior employment with iFLY will not increase the amount of PTO to which the Team Member is entitled, except as required by
law.
• The Team Member may be required to use PTO to substitute for any or all leaves of absence, depending on the reason for the
absence and/or the type of leave.
