         Paid Time Off

iFLY recognizes that each Team Member has diverse needs for time off from work. Therefore, the Company currently provides paid
time off to its regular Team Members. Paid Time Off (“PTO”) is any time taken off from work for any reason, including vacation,
sickness, or any other personal reason, but not including official Company holidays, bereavement or jury duty.

Hours Accrued - iFLY grants PTO to regular Team Members based on their employment status and length of service with the
Company. Temporary and contractor staff are not eligible for PTO, except as required by law.

Eligible Tunnel Full-Time Team Members who are employed on a regular, full-time basis accrue PTO as follows:

Eligible Support Center Full-Time Team Members who are employed on a regular, full-time basis accrue PTO as follows:

The pay period accrual will adjust during the first full calendar month following the Team Member’s fifth and tenth anniversaries.

All Part-Time Team Members (both PT and PT20+) who are employed on a regular, part-time basis accrue one (1) hour for every
         30 hours worked.

PTO will be earned each day and will be credited to the Full-Time Team Member’s PTO bank at the end of each pay period. PTO
earned by Part-Time Team Members will be credited to the Team Member’s record upon working thirty (30) hours.

A Team Member must be actively working to earn hours; no time is earned during leaves of absences unless the Team Member is
otherwise utilizing PTO. PTO continues to accrue up to a maximum bank of hours, depending on the Team Member’s years of
service. If a Team Member reaches their maximum accrual of hours, he/she must use PTO hours before more hours will accrue. If
a Team Member terminates his/her employment, all accrued, unused PTO will be paid out at the time of termination.
