The Raymond Group is proud to offer comprehensive, high-quality benefits at a reasonable cost. We’ve designed our benefits to
give you choices so you can pick the benefits that are best for you and your family. The Raymond Group benefits are broken into
two major categories:
Core Benefits
Plans and programs available to you:
• Medical HMO through Kaiser (Southwest Carpenters Health and Welfare Trust) OR
• Medical PPO through Anthem Blue Cross (Southwest Carpenters Health and Welfare Trust)
• These medical options include Dental & Vision through UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
• We will also give you an option to purchase and enhanced Dental PPO plan through the Standard
• We also offer employees Basic Life/AD&D and Long Term Disability which includes valuable resources and tools that
will help you and your family
• Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Supplemental Benefits
You may purchase additional insurance that will help to cover additional out-of-pocket expenses. The Raymond Group offers
a wide range of insurance policies that pay benefits to you! These UNUM policies offer direct-to-the-policyholder cash payouts
to help cover what other insurance doesn’t. Your premiums are paid through payroll deductions on an after-tax basis.
This package contains a summary of your benefit options and is designed to help you make choices and enroll for
