Burnham Benefits Response to Francis Parker School Request for
                   Proposal for Consultant/Broker for Health and Welfare Plans

                                                 with benefits administration system, working toward the program
                                                 that best fits Francis Parker School’s needs.


                      Benchmarking for           Burnham is presently working with Wakely, a renowned actuarial
                      independent                firm, to produce a comprehensive benchmarking report which
                      schools                    reviews plan design, premiums, contributions, health care reform
                                                 compliance and employer outlooks. Our initial report will be

                                                 available in the first quarter of 2019.

                                                 Additionally, we purchase benchmarking information from
                                                 Mercer annually providing higher level benchmarking reports to
                                                 our clients. One of the sectors we purchase is an education cut.
                                                 That, together with geographic, and employee size cuts allow us
                                                 to assemble reports that are relevant and comprehensive.

                      Wellness programs          Using our proprietary 10-point Wellness Planning Tool, Burnham
                                                 works with our clients to develop a program that speaks to each

                                                 client’s unique needs. We will utilize our in-house wellness
                                                 consultant as well as outside vendors depending on the program
                                                 need. More than half of our clients presently employ wellness
                                                 plans of some sort. We strive to match our clients with the best
                                                 wellness solution specific to their needs. We do not force our
                                                 clients on an in-house, “one size fits all” solution.
